INTRODUCTION  OF ALTERNATIVE INTERPRETATION  From the moment human civilization began recording time, it relied on the heavens to structure its days, seasons, and sacred observances. The Creator Himself established this relationship in Genesis: the lights in the sky were appointed for “signs and for seasons, and for days and years.” Embedded in that declaration is the expectation that time is not arbitrary, but patterned; not imposed by human systems, but revealed by celestial order. Yet somewhere across the long expanse of history, the most foundational component of that heavenly structure   the Creator’s own Seventh Day   was quietly displaced. Not abolished. Not forgotten in theory. But lost in practice, replaced by a civil construct that bears no authentic relationship to the geometry God established at creation.
