PART ONE: THE FALSE WITNESS OF THE BIRTH

The Conflation of the Clock and the Anchor

INTRODUCTION: THE IMPEACHMENT

The New Testament stands on three pillars: the miracle of the birth, the miracle of the death, and the authority of the prophetic record. The Church claims these events prove the divinity of their "Jesus," establishing him as the long-awaited King of Israel. But when we cross-examine the timeline, the geography, and the Hebrew prophecies, these pillars do not merely crack they collapse.

The prosecution argues that the institutional Church has committed identity theft. They stole the prophecy of the birth to create a Roman demigod. They stole the timeline of the death to destroy the Hebrew Passover. They fabricated prophecies to authorize a Messiah who did not fit the profile. We present the evidence not as a theological debate, but as a forensic investigation into a crime scene that has been cold for two thousand years.

COUNT ONE: THE FALSE WITNESS OF THE BIRTH

The Conflation of the Clock and the Anchor

The first charge concerns the deliberate tampering with the timeline of Isaiah 7. The New Testament claims that Jesus is the fulfillment of the entire prophecy. But a forensic reading reveals two distinct signs for two distinct purposes. The Church's error and crime is mashing them into one impossible event.

Let us read the chapter as written.

Isaiah 7 begins with a crisis: King Ahaz is terrified that Rezin and Pekah will wipe out the House of David. God sends Isaiah to the aqueduct to meet him. Crucially, God commands Isaiah: "Go out now to meet Ahaz, you and Shear-Jashub your son" (v. 3).

God gives Ahaz two distinct assurances:

1. The Immediate Assurance (Verses 4–9 & 16): The Clock

First, God addresses Ahaz's personal fear. He tells him plainly: "These two smoldering stubs of firewood will not succeed." To prove this immediate promise, Isaiah points to the toddler standing beside him Shear-Jashub.

"For before the boy [Ha-Na'ar] knows to refuse the evil and choose the good, the land whose two kings you dread will be deserted."

This is the Clock. God set a biological timer. A toddler takes about ten years to reach the age of moral accountability (12–13 years). History confirms the accuracy: Rezin and Pekah fell within months (732/731 BC), and the land was fully deserted by 722 BC exactly as the boy reached maturity. The clock was precise.

2. The Eternal Assurance (Verse 14): The Anchor

But the threat was bigger than just two kings; Ahaz feared the extinction of his dynasty. When Ahaz refuses a sign, God turns away from the individual king and addresses the plural "House of David" (v. 13).

"Therefore the Lord himself will give you [plural] a sign. Behold, the young woman shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel."

This is the Anchor. It is a future guarantee to the Dynasty. It promises that the House of David cannot be extinguished because Immanuel ("God With Us") is destined to come from this line. You cannot kill the Grandfather (Ahaz) if the Grandson (Messiah) has not yet been born. This sign secures the covenant forever.

The Crime: The Conflation

The Indictment against the Church is that they conflated the Clock with the Anchor.

They claim that Jesus (Immanuel) is the fulfilment of both verses.

But if Jesus is the "boy" in Verse 16, then he must have been born in 732 BC to serve as the timer for the death of Rezin and Pekah.

Because Jesus was born 700 years after those kings died, he cannot be the "boy" of Verse 16.

The New Testament writers severed the Eternal Promise (v14) from the Local Proof (v16). They claimed the title "Immanuel" for Jesus, but they deleted the stopwatch that proved the prophecy true. They stole the Anchor, ignored the Clock, and fabricated a timeline where a future birth somehow saves a dead king from a forgotten war.

COUNT TWO: THE STOLEN TIMELINE OF THE DEATH

The Sign of Jonah vs. The Myth of Friday

If they lied about how he arrived, they lied about how he left. Jesus gave only one specific sign to prove his authority to the religious leaders. He did not offer miracles or healings as proof; he offered a count. "For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."

This was not a metaphor. It was a time-stamp. The contract required three periods of daylight and three periods of darkness. If the candidate does not meet this count, he is not the Messiah. Yet the entire Christian world gathers on "Good Friday" to mark the death and "Easter Sunday" to mark the resurrection.

Let us do the math of the Church's tradition. A Friday death and a Sunday resurrection yield only two nights and one full day between them, with parts of two other days. The verdict is inescapable: the Church's timeline falls short of the three days and three nights that Jesus himself declared. By the Church’s own confession, their "Jesus" failed the only specific test the true Messiah gave. According to the "Good Friday" tradition, either Jesus is a liar who could not keep his own promise, or the Church is a liar for inventing a timeline that disqualifies him.

Why does the math fail? Because the Church force-fitted a Hebrew Feast into a Roman week. They ignored the Torah, which states that in the week of Passover, there are High Sabbaths that can fall on any day. The Messiah was killed on Passover a Wednesday making Thursday a High Sabbath of Unleavened Bread. This true timeline allows for the full three days and three nights, ending with a resurrection at the close of the weekly Sabbath.

The motive for this fabrication is clear: to destroy the Passover. If you keep the Sign of Jonah, you are forced to acknowledge the Feasts of Yahweh and look at the Moon. If you switch to "Good Friday," you can align the resurrection with Easter Sunday the Day of the Sun God. The "Good Friday" myth was engineered to drag the Messiah off the Hebrew calendar and pin him to the Roman week.

COUNT THREE: THE PHANTOM CITATION

The Prophecy That Never Was

In any court, if a lawyer cites a Supreme Court ruling that never happened, he is disbarred for fraud. Matthew 2:23 contains exactly such a fabrication. To explain why the Messiah grew up in the obscure village of Nazareth, the author writes: "And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, 'He shall be called a Nazarene.'"

We search the Torah. We search the Prophets. We search the Psalms. The verse is not there. There is zero record in the Hebrew Canon of any prophet declaring, "He shall be called a Nazarene." The word "Nazareth" appears nowhere in the Hebrew Bible. Yet Matthew claims this was spoken by "the prophets" in the plural, implying a consensus of divine voices.

Why invent a prophecy about Nazareth? Because Nazareth was a liability. The Pharisees knew the Messiah must come from Bethlehem. "Jesus of Nazareth" was a disqualifier. To fix this, the Gospel writers had to invent a birth story to get him born in Bethlehem legally, and invent a prophecy to make his life in Nazareth seem divinely ordained. Since they could not find a prophetic receipt, they forged one.

COUNT FOUR: THE FABRICATED KINGDOM

From Hebrew Camp to Roman Empire

The motive runs deeper than isolated textual thefts. The name-switch from Immanuel to Jesus enabled a Messiah who pardons without demanding obedience. Mark 7:19 declares all foods clean; Colossians 2:16–17 dismisses Sabbaths and feasts as mere "shadows"; Hebrews 8:13 calls the old covenant "obsolete." These passages reveal the intent: retain the name of salvation while discarding the Torah's lifestyle demands.

This theology accelerated historically. Early Jewish followers observed Torah, but Paul's mission to Gentiles minimized the Law for inclusion. After the Temple's fall in 70 CE, separation from Judaism deepened. By the 4th century, Constantine's conversion turned Christianity imperial. His 321 CE edict made Sunday a rest day, honoring "the venerable day of the Sun." The Council of Nicaea (325 CE) fixed Easter to Sunday, detaching it from Passover's lunar calendar ensuring no alignment with Jewish observance. Constantine declared it a "duty to have nothing in common with the murderers of our Lord," severing the Messiah from his Hebrew roots.

The fruit? A Jesus co-opted by empire: Crusades waged "in this sign," colonialism justified as "civilizing" missions, modern nationalism blending cross and flag. Contrast this with the prophetic kingdom: restored Israel keeping Torah, nations streaming to Zion (Isaiah 2, Micah 4), no empire's sword. The fabricated Jesus offers grace without repentance, faith without works a blank check for power.

CLOSING ARGUMENT: THE VERDICT OF HISTORY

The prosecution rests its case. We have presented four counts of identity theft. They stole the birth prophecy given to the house of David  past, present, and future  in Ahaz's crisis to create a virgin-born demigod. They stole the death timeline from Passover to create an Easter Sunday myth. They fabricated a prophecy to explain away Nazareth. They replaced the Torah-keeping Immanuel with a law-abolishing Jesus, erecting a kingdom that serves Caesar rather than Zion.

Why did they do this? Because the true Messiah the promised shoot from Jesse, the righteous Branch from David demands a Holy Camp. He demands a people who keep the Sabbath, observe the Feasts, and walk in the Torah. The "Seven Women"  the Church  did not want the Torah. They wanted the Name ("let us be called by thy name") but they wanted to eat their own bread and wear their own apparel.

To achieve this, they had to change the identity of the King. They replaced the Sign of Jonah with the Sign of Good Friday. They replaced the Passover with Easter. They replaced the Hebrew Camp with the Roman Empire.

The judgment is stark. You cannot believe both the Messiah and the Church. If the Church is right, the Prophets are liars. If the Prophets are right, the Church is a fraud. The "Jesus" of the New Testament is a theological construct built on a stolen prophecy and a broken clock. The true Immanuel  God with us in the restored kingdom  stands waiting for a people who will accept the Presence of God, not just the Pardon of God.

PART TWO: THE ARCHITECT OF THE LIE

The Case Against the Thirteenth Apostle

INTRODUCTION: THE HOSTILE TAKEOVER

If the Gospels are the crime scene where the identity of the Messiah was stolen, the Epistles of Paul are the legal brief that justifies the theft.

We have established that the "Jesus" of the Church is a counterfeit of the "Immanuel" of the Prophets. But a counterfeit requires a salesman. It requires a theologian who can look at the clear commands of God the Sabbath, the Feasts, the Dietary Laws and convince the world that they are "obsolete."

The Messiah never taught the abolition of the Law.

The Twelve Apostles never taught it.

There is only one man in the New Testament who dared to stand against the Torah and declare it a "curse."

Saul of Tarsus.

This chapter argues that Paul was not an Apostle of the Messiah. He was the Wolf of Benjamin prophesied in Genesis 49 the one who would "devour the prey" in the morning and "divide the spoil" at night. He infiltrated the camp, silenced the original witnesses, and replaced the Gospel of the Kingdom with the Gospel of Grace.

COUNT ONE: THE CONTRADICTION OF THE MASTER

The Servant Who Overruled the King

In a court of law, if two witnesses contradict each other, one of them is lying. The Church claims Paul is the "greatest Apostle," yet his testimony stands in direct opposition to the Messiah he claims to serve.

Let us place the Master (Jesus) and the Servant (Paul) on the stand.

ON THE LAW (TORAH)

• Jesus: "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets... Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law." (Matthew 5:17-18)
• Paul: "Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes." (Romans 10:4)
• Paul: "But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by." (Romans 7:6)

ON OBEDIENCE

• Jesus: "If you love Me, keep My commandments." (John 14:15)
• Paul: "For you are not under law but under grace." (Romans 6:14)

ON THE COVENANT

• Jesus: "Salvation is of the Jews." (John 4:22)
• Paul: "There is neither Jew nor Greek." (Galatians 3:28)

The Verdict:

They are preaching two different religions.

Jesus preached a Kingdom of Obedience where the Law is written on the heart.

Paul preached a Kingdom of Exemption where the Law is nailed to the cross.

Paul did not "interpret" Jesus; he overruled him. When the Church follows Paul, they are mutinying against the King.

COUNT TWO: THE REJECTION BY THE APOSTLES

The Asia Incident

The Church teaches a fantasy where Paul was loved and accepted by the original Apostles. The historical record in the New Testament proves otherwise. There was a civil war in the early church, and Paul was on the losing side during his lifetime.

In his final letter, written from a Roman dungeon, Paul makes a stunning confession:

"This you know, that all those in Asia have turned away from me." (2 Timothy 1:15)

Who was in Asia?

The Apostle John. The disciple whom Jesus loved lived and taught in Ephesus (Asia).

The very region where John was teaching the Torah and the Feasts is the region that universally rejected Paul.

Why? Because the original disciples recognized him as a false teacher.

In Acts 21, when Paul returns to Jerusalem, James (the brother of Jesus) confronts him. He tells Paul there is a rumor that he is teaching Jews to "forsake Moses."

James forces Paul to undergo a Nazarite Vow shaving his head and offering animal sacrifices in the Temple to prove he still keeps the Law.

Paul agrees to the deception, but the mob riots anyway. Why? Because they knew the truth: Paul was teaching against Moses. Even Paul himself boasted in Galatians 2 of opposing Peter to his face, proving the schism was real. The "Right Hand of Fellowship" was a political truce, not an endorsement.

COUNT THREE: THE WOLF OF BENJAMIN

The Prophecy of the Predator

The Hebrew Scriptures warn us about the tribe of Benjamin. Jacob’s deathbed prophecy in Genesis 49:27 is chillingly specific:

"Benjamin is a ravenous wolf; In the morning he shall devour the prey, And at night he shall divide the spoil."

Saul of Tarsus was of the Tribe of Benjamin (Romans 11:1).

He fits the prophecy of the Wolf perfectly:

• In the Morning (Early Life): He "devoured the prey" by persecuting and killing the followers of the Way (Acts 8). He was a murderer.
• At Night (Later Life): He "divided the spoil" by creating a new religion that mixed Jewish Scripture with Pagan Philosophy. He took the "spoil" of the Hebrew Bible and divided it up for the Gentiles, stripping it of its holiness.

He did not enter the sheepfold through the Gate (Discipleship under Jesus). He climbed over the wall (The Road to Damascus).

Jesus warned in John 10:1: "He who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber."

CONCLUSION: THE HIJACKING

The "Seven Women" (The Church) wear Paul's apparel.

• They quote Paul 10 times more than they quote Jesus.
• They use Paul's "Grace" to excuse their breaking of the Sabbath.
• They use Paul's "Mystery" to explain why they eat unclean food.

If you remove Paul from the New Testament, Christianity collapses.

But if you remove Paul, The Kingdom of God remains.

The true followers of the Messiah do not need the Wolf to explain the Shepherd.

The Indictment stands:

Saul of Tarsus was the Architect of the Lie. He built the theology that allowed the Church to steal the Name while rejecting the Law.

PART THREE: THE TRIAL OF THE CHURCH

The Verdict of History

INTRODUCTION: THE FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS TREE

In law, there is a doctrine called "The Fruit of the Poisonous Tree." If the evidence is obtained illegally, then everything derived from it is tainted.

We have proven that the Church’s foundation is a stolen identity (Part One) and its structure is a lawless theology (Part Two).

Now we must examine the fruit.

What happens when you build a religion on a counterfeit Messiah?

You do not get the Kingdom of God. You get the Kingdom of Rome.

You get a history of blood, forced conversions, and the systematic erasure of the Jewish people.

This chapter argues that the Church is not the Bride of Christ. It is the Great Harlot of Revelation—drunk with the blood of the saints and the blood of the witnesses of Jesus.

COUNT ONE: THE REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY

The Theft of the Inheritance

The first charge against the institutional Church is Grand Larceny.

They did not just steal the Messiah; they stole the identity of Israel itself.

Through the doctrine of "Replacement Theology" (Supersessionism), the Church declared:

• Old Israel (The Jews) is dead and cursed.
• New Israel (The Church) is alive and blessed.

They took the Blessings of the Covenant (Salvation, Kingdom, Glory) and applied them to themselves.

They took the Curses of the Covenant (Exile, Punishment) and left them for the Jews.

The Evidence:

• Justin Martyr (2nd Century): "The true spiritual Israel... are we who have been led to God through this crucified Christ."
• Saint Augustine (4th Century): "The Jews wander over the entire earth... as a witness to their own iniquity and to our truth."

The Verdict:

God made an everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

The Church declared God a liar by claiming He broke that covenant to start a new one with Gentiles.

They are not the "New Israel." They are Identity Thieves squatting on land that does not belong to them.

COUNT TWO: THE BLOOD ON THE HANDS

The Crusade Against the Family

If you steal a man's identity, eventually you have to kill him to keep the secret.

The Church realized that as long as the Jewish people existed keeping the Sabbath, keeping the Feasts, reading the Torah they were a living witness against the Church’s counterfeit.

So the Church tried to destroy the Witness.

The Evidence of History:

• The Council of Nicaea (325 AD): Constantine formally separated Easter from Passover, declaring: "Let us then have nothing in common with the detestable Jewish crowd."
• The Crusades (1096-1291): Christian armies marching to Jerusalem slaughtered Jewish communities across Europe, forcing them to convert or die, all under the banner of the Cross.
• The Spanish Inquisition (1478): The Church tortured and burned thousands of "Conversos" (Jews who converted) because they were suspected of secretly keeping the Sabbath or eating Kosher.

The Verdict:

The "Jesus" of the Church inspired centuries of antisemitism.

The "Immanuel" of the Bible is the King of the Jews.

You cannot love the King while murdering His family. The Church has the blood of the Messiah’s own kin dripping from its hands.

COUNT THREE: THE LAWLESS KINGDOM

The Sunday Counterfeit

The final charge is High Treason.

The Church claims to serve the God of the Bible, yet they have systematically dismantled His Law and replaced it with pagan customs.

• The Sabbath (Saturday): God said, "It is a sign between Me and you forever." (Exodus 31:17). The Church replaced it with Sunday (The Day of the Sun God), claiming the authority to change God’s time.
• The Feasts (Passover/Tabernacles): God said, "These are My feasts... forever." (Leviticus 23). The Church replaced them with Easter (Ishtar) and Christmas (Saturnalia), blending the holy with the profane.
• The Dietary Laws: God called certain animals "abomination." The Church declared them "clean," turning their bellies into graveyards for unclean beasts.

The Verdict:

The Church is the fulfillment of Daniel’s prophecy about the Beast:

"He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law." (Daniel 7:25)

The Church changed the Times (Sabbath to Sunday).

The Church changed the Law (Torah to Grace).

The Church is not the Kingdom of God. It is the Kingdom of the Beast.

CONCLUSION: THE DECREE OF DIVORCE

We return to the prophecy of the Seven Women (Isaiah 4:1).

"We will eat our own bread and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name."

The Church has eaten its own bread (Pagan Doctrine).

The Church has worn its own apparel (Roman Vestments).

They only wanted the Name ("Christian").

The time has come for the Remnant to issue a Decree of Divorce.

We cannot fix the Church. We cannot reform the Church.

We must Leave the Church.

The Call:

"Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues." (Revelation 18:4)

The Trial is over. The evidence is presented.

The Church is guilty of Theft, Murder, and Treason.

The sentence is Exile.

The Remnant must now return to the Ancient Paths, to the true Immanuel, and to the Torah of God.
